How do I edit my account details?
Sign in to your account and go to Profile to manage your account information.
You can make the following updates:
- Name and Email Address: Click the pencil icon in the Profile section, make your changes, and click Save. If you update your email address, you'll be asked to verify the new email before the change takes effect.
- Shipping Address: Click the pencil icon next to your default address in the Addresses section to update your shipping information. Please note that updating the shipping address in your store account may not automatically update the shipping address associated with your subscription. If you have an active subscription, be sure to review and update your shipping address in your subscription portal as well.
- Payment Method: Select the payment method you would like to update, click Edit, make your changes, and click Save. You can also add a new payment method or remove existing payment methods from this section.
Please note that updates made after an order has been placed may not apply to orders that are already being processed or shipped.
