Can I remove a product item from a subscription?
If your subscription has more than one product line item, you can remove some or all but one of those items from the subscription.
To remove an item:
- Select Sign In in the main menu or go to your Account page.
- Navigate to the Subscriptions page.
- Select the View button or click the subscription number next to the subscription you want to modify.
- Click the X button next to the product you want to remove.
- Click OK to confirm.
After the item has been removed, the subscription totals will be updated to reflect the removal of that product.
