Can I change a subscription’s delivery frequency?
Yes, you can update your subscription’s delivery frequency at any time.
To change your frequency:
- Log in to your customer portal and open the subscription you want to update.
- In the Subscription Plan section, click Edit.
- The edit plan drawer will open, where you can select a new delivery frequency from the available options.
You can also update your next order date by clicking the currently displayed date and selecting a new one from the calendar. By default, the next order date is set based on your current delivery schedule.
Once you click Confirm, your new frequency will be applied and your subscription pricing will be automatically recalculated based on the updated plan.
