Why is my subscription on hold?
Your subscription may be on hold because payment is due or the payment failed. To fix this, sign in to your account and select Subscriptions. A Pay button should be displayed next to the order under Related Orders. Select the Pay button, and you will begin the normal checkout process to pay for the subscription’s renewal. The subscription will be reactivated once payment is completed.
