How do product reviews work?

We collect reviews directly on our website and by sending review request emails.

1. After a short amount of time we automatically send emails asking you to review the product(s) you bought. Depending on the product, you’ll be asked a few questions. You can also describe your own experience in a few words. Don’t forget to give the product an overall rating using the 5-star rating system.
2. You can also leave a review on the product page.

Tips for writing a review:

• Keep your review about the product.
• Don’t mention any specific medical conditions (FDA regulation for CBD companies).
• Don’t include any personal information.
• Don’t use inappropriate language.
