What is your return policy?

We're committed to you having the greatest experience with us at Aspen Green, and we stand by the transparency and quality of our products and our dedicated in-house Cannabis trained American customer service team. We are proud to serve you. Here's how our return policy works:

 

  1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to love your purchase, so we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, simply reach out to us at support@aspengreen.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please email our Returns Department at support@aspengreen.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We won't be able to process your return without this number. Please note that we do provide prepaid return labels.
  3. Refund: Once you've obtained your RMA number, return the unused portion and or empty bottle or jar of the product to us. Upon receipt of the product, we'll issue a full refund for the product minus the original shipping and handling costs we incurred. Refunds are processed promptly upon receiving the returned item.
  4. 30-Day Usage Suggestion: We recommend using the entire bottle or jar within a 30-day period to fully evaluate its effectiveness for you. We understand that everyone's body is unique, and the initial product you try might not be the perfect fit for you. That's why we're happy to offer alternative products at no extra charge until you find the desired outcome.
  5. Secondary Product Option: If the alternative product also doesn't meet your expectations, you're still entitled to a full refund on your original order, as described in #3 above.


Please note that some items cannot be returned, such as clearance items.
