What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
We’re sorry if there is an item missing from your order. Before contacting us, we recommend checking the following:
- Check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately or out of stock (include your junk/spam folder).
- Check if your order was split into more than one package by logging into your account and checking under Orders.
If you are still having an issue, let us know so we can investigate.
