Do you replace lost packages?
Standard Shipping: If your order is not marked as delivered after 10 business days from the purchase date, we will issue a replacement package.
Priority Shipping: In the event that your order is not marked as delivered after 5 business days from the purchase date, we will promptly send a replacement package.
