How do I change the payment method for my subscription?
The "Change Payment" button can be used to update the payment method for future recurring payments, such as when your credit card expires or you want to use a different credit card than the one currently on file.
To update the payment method for one or all of your subscriptions, follow these steps:
- Select Sign In in the main menu or go to your Account page.
- Navigate to the Subscriptions page.
- Find the subscription you want to update and click the View button or the subscription number.
- Click the Change Payment button.
- You will see a list of available payment methods.
- Select your preferred payment method from the list, or add a new card.
- (Optional): If you only want to update the payment method for this specific subscription, make sure to uncheck the box for “Use this payment method for ALL of my current subscriptions.”
- Click Change Payment Method to confirm your selection.
- You’ll receive a notification confirming that the payment method has been successfully updated.
We are aware of an issue where the default payment method for your subscription may not display correctly before or after updating it. However, you can still update and save your payment method successfully. If you need assistance, please contact us.
